The ARION® PLUS C18, 3 µm, 2.1 mm x 100 mm has been used in method development for the Determination of Impurities in both Drug Product and Drug Substance (proprietary information) in our R&D chemistry laboratory at Nephron Pharmaceuticals Corporation. The column does need a guard column fitting (ARION® PLUS 5 mm Cartridge for Guard System, RP, 3.0 µm, ID 2.1 mm) to run this specific method. This column is suitable for use at high temperatures when improved separation is needed. This column also operates in extremely acidic conditions making it ideal for use with this specific test method.
