Sepapure Desalting 1 ml column, 20 -50 µm, 3 bar

Sepapure Desalting columns are suitable for use in the separation of proteins and small molecules (eg. salts). The column stationary phase consists of particles of dextran polymer having a particle size of 20–50 μm. The principle of separation is SEC (size exclusion chromatography) in which large molecules are first eluted, while small molecules are retained by penetration into the pores of the stationary phase. It is a fast and simple way to purify biomolecules for efficient and sensitive LC/MS analysis. Columns can be used on a FPLC system at a pressure of 3 bar.
