Advance HPLC Features:
The Advance HPLC is an ultra low dead volume binary HPLC system capable of 8000 psi. The Advance HPLC comes standard with a built in column oven and degasser. The system can handle flow rates from 10 µl/min to 2.5 ml/min. The system has a CTC autosampler configured with Dynamic Load and Wash (DLW) to minimize carryover, six plates capacity cool stack and high pressure injection valve.

The EVOQ Triple Quadrupole Mass Spectrometer includes VIP Heated Electrospray and Atmospheric Pressure Chemical Ionization (APCI) probes standard. The MS has a mass range of 10–1250 m/z, scan rates up to 14,000 Da/sec and up to 500 MRM's/sec. The collision energy can be adjusted from up to 75 eV in a 180 ° collision cell. Fixed 90° spray housing, has heated cone gas up to 450 °C and heated source temps up to 650 °C. A syringe pump for tune, calibrations and basic infusion experiment is included. Triple stage 25/300/400 L/sec turbo molecular pump provides differential pumping for the source and analyzer compartments, allowing very fast pump-down and improved productivity.
The high efficiency orifice interface along with rugged tune free IQ Dual Ion Funnel make the EVOQ QUBE the ideal instrument for LC/MS quantitative laboratories.The Bruker MS Workstation software controls the Advance LC and EVOQ MS functions. It allows fully automated quantitative and qualitative analyses with standard and optional Custom Reports. An MRM library comes standard with currently over 500 compounds from pesticides to pain management drugs.
