1 mL Isopropyl alcohol / Dichloromethane

Equilibrate

1 mL Hexane

Load

Pretreated sample

Wash

1 mL 5 % Dichloromethane in Hexane

Elute

1 mL Hexane / Dichloromethane (1 : 1) or Hexane / Isopropyl alcohol (1 : 1)
